Company History

The concept of success Tick arose when the founder Mwenda Itumbiri, a motivational speaker, a personal development coach and adjunct university lecturer noted in his interaction with people that many individuals felt they were not doing what thought they should be doing in life.
From this realization, he decided to find as many people as he could interview to answer the question of life’s vision and many other questions around goals, dreams, purpose, mission & success.
The preliminary findings, pointed at a big gap in the area of life focus, unfulfilled dreams and unrealized life purpose.

Success Tick International is an organization that was founded and built upon the belief system that regardless of one’s background, circumstances or status, every human being is on this earth for a cause, a purpose and significance.
At success Tick, we believe that mentorship, coaching & training can bring clarity & discovery of one’s dream and purpose which will help in making a difference in the quality of life for all to live purposeful, experience life’s deepest joy & true fulfillment.
We focus on promoting key messages that challenge current stereotypes about personal vision, success, and career paths through interviews, trainings and coaching sessions accessible in our social pages and our mobile app.
For impact, our initial flagship programs have focused on the young people in:- High schools, Universities and Colleges Students and fresh University graduates who desires to find their life’s “WHY” before they settle on their career choices.
